Is participating in a clinical research study right for me?

Participating in a research project is not much different from any other trip to the doctor. We ask many of the same questions and provide you with the best medical care possible. By joining a study, participants are providing valuable information that will help better understand diseases and provide better treatment.  Patient safety is always our primary concern, and clinical studies are only started after a treatment has been shown to be safe. Studies are specifically designed to maximize the safety of the patients.

If, after enrolling in a study, you find it is not best for you for any reason, you can withdraw at any time. When you participate in a clinical research study you will receive all study related care and study medication at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may also be available.

The links below provide more detailed information on joining a clinical trial. Of course you can always call us, and we’ll be happy to answer your questions, 208-939-2100 ext. 4
